Nylon fabric for vacuum infusion

Nylon 6 fabric, used in the vacuum infusion process. Applied over glass or carbon fibre layers, it allows the passage of air and excess resin. It has the ability to allow the resin to breathe out of the laminate and is used in both manual and vacuum lamination. Once peeled off leaves the surfaces to which it is applied rough, matt and smooth at the same time. It creates surfaces on the laminate, ready for subsequent bonding and lamination. Heat-fixed and de-oiled fabric.

Nylon 6 mesh allows controlled passage of air and excess resin. It is ideal for surface preparation in subsequent lamination and adhesion applications. The heat-fixed, deoiled fabric offers versatility in both manual laminations and vacuum processes.
