Scaffold netting with any size digital printing

Quartulli Tessili is introducing a major technological revolution for large format digital printing on scaffold netting.

Today it is possible to print, with digital system, directly on QUARTULLI TESSILI netting used for scaffold protection, with a very high quality: colours, resolution of details, stability in all weather conditions.

Printed netting can also be installed on the perimeter of areas for fencing purposes. In this case we can print logos, trees, flowers, people walking, whatever you imagine

With the digital printing process of QUARTULLI TESSILI, you can be sure of the fidelity and brightness of reproductions.

Technical Notes:

• Printing technology: Digital printing with UV inks that are VOC (volatile organic compounds) free, accompanied by UL GREENGUARD Certification (Swiss certification body)
• UV resistance and resistance to all weather conditions for up to 2 years
• Printing possibilities from slides, photographs, 300 DPI files at a scale of 1:10

Advantages:

ONE SHEET WITH AMPLE DIMENSIONS – We can print logos and designs on a net with a width of 2.50 m or 1.80 m, depending on the type of scaffold used. The width of each individual print can reach 2.30 m or 1.50 m respectively. The length of the print can be up to 100 metres, equal to the length of the roll of fabric. The size of each individual print may vary according to the shape of the logo and the requests of the customer, who may decide to intensify the number of prints on the fabric.

NO NEED FOR EXPENSIVE MICRO-PERFORATED FABRIC – No more need for printed tarpaulin (traditional windproof fabrics costing, of the neutral base alone without printing, from €4 to €7/sq m);

NO NEED FOR AN EXPENSIVE SCOREBOARD – With digital printing on QUARTULLI TESSILI scaffold netting, there is no need for the scoreboard holding the traditional, heavy PVC printed sheet, and by taking advantage of the scaffold itself, the cost of production and installation is drastically reduced;

SAVING OF LABOUR – QUARTULLI TESSILI printed scaffold netting is installed by the same mason or whoever sets up the scaffold;
